Getting Free Wii Points

There are many different ways that you can earn free Wii points if you know what you are doing. By taking some specific actions you can earn 2000 Wii points quickly with little to no investment on your part other than time. These points will typically run you around a $1.00 for 100 points, so 2000 points is quite a bit.

Before we begin there is something you need to be aware of and that is the nature of some of the so called free points web sites out there. These pages are set up simply to capture your information and use it in their marketing emails and other promotions. Some are even worse than that, but for the most part they are simply set up to capture this information. So in order to combat that I would create an email specifically for Wii points and nothing else. By doing this it can also be fun to see all of the crazy spam mail you are sure to begin getting. I would never use a personal email address for this purpose because it will be completely unusable in a matter of days.

Once you have your email address set up start searching for places that offer free web points. Sign up and see what they provide but never ever give over any personal information. If they ask you for a credit card, social security number, or anything else of that nature I would not provide a real one. Eventually you should be able to find a legitimate site to help you. They do exist, it just takes a lot of persistence and a ton of spam emails to find them.

Wii Friend Codes Make the Wii More Fun

Wii friend codes allow for you and a friend to enjoy playing Wii games together online. The codes identify your friend’s Wii, and their online character, called a Mii. If you get a friend’s code, you can enter it into your Wii, and they will appear for you as a friend; the friend can also enter your code and have you appear on their system as well. Once this has been done, you can tell if your friend is currently online, is coming online, or isn’t available to play with you right now.

The easiest way to get the proper Wii friend code, to give to your friend is to start the game you want to play, choose the Mii that you use (in Mario Kart Wii, for example) and then once you are online, find your friend code. Remember, which Mii you are using counts! Every Mii has their own unique friend code, and their own unique list of friends, too.

Playing against a real person, instead of a “computer-generated” opponent, is much more fun! It’s a real challenge when the moves your friend makes are not predictable, like the in-game opponents can be at times. Not to mention the bragging rights the winner gets to have at the end of it all! Practicing against real people also tends to make you better at whatever game you might be playing.
